The Wesleyville Valleyfield Pastoral Charge is committed to walking alongside every person in our congregation and community — through illness, grief, family challenges, moments of spiritual uncertainty, and seasons of joy. Our pastoral team approaches every encounter with compassion, confidentiality, and genuine care.
You do not need to be a church member to reach out for support. Our door is open to all who live in and around the communities of New-Wes-Valley.

Our pastoral team visits congregation members and community neighbours in hospital, long-term care, and at home — bringing prayer, presence, and companionship.
Counselling & Spiritual Direction
Whether you are navigating a difficult season, seeking clarity in your faith journey, or simply need a listening ear, our minister offers pastoral counselling in a safe and confidential setting.
Crisis Support & Referral
In moments of crisis — mental health challenges, family emergencies, bereavement — we provide immediate pastoral support and connect you with appropriate community services and professionals.
Wedding Preparation & Ceremony
Our minister is honoured to walk with couples in preparation for marriage and to officiate wedding ceremonies that reflect your faith, your love, and your unique story as a couple.
Funeral & Memorial Services
When a loved one passes, our pastoral team provides compassionate leadership through funeral planning and services that honour a life lived and bring comfort to those who grieve.
Baptism Preparation
We welcome the baptism of infants, children, and adults. Families and individuals interested in baptism are invited to meet with our minister for preparation conversations before this joyful sacrament.
