Join us this Pentecost Sunday as we celebrate the birthday of the church with a special service of music, scripture, and renewal. The service will be followed by a congregation fellowship time. All are warmly invited, and friends and family from the community are especially encouraged to attend.
Our congregation came together in April for a spring food drive in partnership with local community organizations. Thanks to the generosity of our members and neighbours, we were able to support dozens of families in New-Wes-Valley. A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer who gave their time and energy.
This Easter season we gathered from Good Friday through Easter Sunday for a beautiful series of services. The Sunrise Service drew a wonderful crowd, and our Easter Morning worship was a powerful celebration of resurrection hope. We are grateful for all who joined us in worship and fellowship.
Our choir ministry is welcoming new singers for the spring worship season. No formal music training is required — only a love of singing and a desire to serve. Rehearsals are held weekly on Thursday evenings. Contact the church office or speak with our choir director for more information.
The Women's Fellowship held its annual winter luncheon with wonderful attendance and warm fellowship. The afternoon included a devotional message, a guest speaker on community care, and time for visiting. Thank you to all who organized and attended this cherished annual gathering.
As we enter 2025, we are filled with gratitude for another year of ministry in New-Wes-Valley. The past year has brought challenges and joys alike, and through all of it, our congregation has remained a faithful community of love and service. We look forward with hope to the year ahead.
